The shaker box can be used for multiple “ration purposes”. This tool consists of 3 lightweight plastic sieves and a collection tray and is easy to handle. The TMR shaker box has a 4mm sieve instead of a 1.18mm sieve and is specially developed for rations with larger amounts of concentrates.
Especially for Partial Mixed Rations (providing concentrate feed via the concentrate feed machine) we have a shake box with a 1.18mm sieve. It is also possible to order an extra 1.18mm sieve with this TMR shake box.
With the Shake Box you can be sure that the ration is properly absorbed.
With the shake box you can:
Check that mixing time and loading sequence are correct
To visualize whether the mixer has unloaded properly
Check if the cows select your ration
Determine whether the calculated ration is fully absorbed
Check that your corn is chopped properly and the grain is sufficiently crushed
Private label is possible from 4 sets in the colours green, yellow, blue, grey and red. It is also possible to order a shaking box with 2 sieves and a bottom tray.
