Why the Sweep Agro colostrum meter?

This durable colostrum quality meter measures the quality of the colostrum accurately and quickly. This allows you to better monitor whether your calves are getting enough antibodies.

The 6 cylindrical balls float to the surface one by one. The better the quality of the colostrum, the more Colostro Balls are visible on the surface. You can throw the Colostro Balls into the bucket with colostrum and read the result immediately.

Because the Colostro Balls can be used directly in the bucket, the measurement result is reliable. With other quality meters, often only a few drops of colostrum are measured. The measurement result can therefore deviate.

The Colostro Balls can easily be cleaned in the bucket with warm water after use. Ready for use with the next colostrum.

Why is the quality of the colostrum so important?

The quality of the colostrum is important to give the calf passive immunity in the first weeks of life. Because a calf is born without resistance, it is susceptible to various germs such as cryptosporidium, rota corona and germs that can cause pneumonia. Adjust drying period if quality is insufficient
